We build leaders. And the teams behind them.

Workshops, cohort programmes, and executive coaching, delivered to governments, Fortune 500 companies, and organizations across more than 40 countries. Every programme is built on the Six Archetypes and led by Dr. Shirleena Celestine, PhD.

The assessment is step one. The work is what comes next.

Knowing your archetype is where it begins, not where it ends. What changes performance is what you do with it, in your team, in your decisions, and in the rooms that matter. That is what we build.

Our Programmes

Four ways we work with you.

Every engagement starts with the same framework and is shaped around what you actually need. Whether that is a single workshop or a year of development, the goal is the same: measurable change in how your people lead and work together.

Company Workshops

Bring the system to your whole organization.

For companies, government bodies, and organizations.
We come to you, in person or live online, and take your people through the Six Archetypes together. Everyone completes their assessment beforehand, so the session works with your real data: who you actually have, where your strengths cluster, and what your organization is missing. Leaders leave knowing how they lead. Teams leave knowing how they work together. You leave with a map of your entire organization.

What the day looks like
Before we arrive
Everyone is assessed
Every participant completes their assessment in advance. We analyse the distribution across your organization before we walk in, so the session is built on your actual people rather than theory.
Org report prepared
The session
The room sees itself
We teach the six archetypes, then show the room its own distribution. People find themselves, find each other, and understand for the first time why certain tensions keep recurring between certain people.
Live and interactive
Afterwards
You keep the map
You receive a full organizational report: every archetype across every team, where you are concentrated, and what your organization is structurally missing. Most leaders find that last part uncomfortable and useful.
Report included
What changes
Unite your organization
Give every person the same language for how they lead and how they work. Misunderstanding between capable people is the most expensive thing in your business. This removes it in a day.
See what you are missing
Discover the capability your organization has almost none of, and why the same problems keep arriving. Most leaders find this uncomfortable, then act on it within the week.
End the friction that repeats
Stop the same conflict recurring between the same people, quarter after quarter. When a team can name the pattern, it stops taking it personally and starts working with it.
Walk away with a map
Not a deck nobody reopens. A complete report of every archetype across your organization, what it means, and exactly what to do with it on Monday morning.

Leadership Development

A cohort programme for the people who lead.

For directors, executives, founders, and senior leaders.
A structured programme run with a small cohort over six months. Each leader begins with their archetype, then builds the specific capabilities that archetype most needs. Sessions are live and interactive, using real situations from the room rather than case studies. Between sessions leaders apply the work and report back. The cohort is part of the method, because leaders learn fastest from other leaders being honest.

Six months, session by session
Months one and two
Know how you lead
Your archetype, your secondary, and your emotional intelligence profile. Then the harder part: the watchouts. Where your greatest strength quietly works against the room, and what that has already cost you.
One to one included
Months three and four
Lead the room you have
Difficult conversations, decisions under pressure, and holding a standard when speed is winning. Each leader brings a live situation to the cohort and works it in front of people who will be honest with them.
Live situations
Months five and six
Build what outlasts you
Developing others, succession, and sustaining yourself. The measure of a leader is what continues working when they leave the room, and this is where we build it deliberately.
Applied between sessions
What changes
Decide faster, and better
Stop confusing urgency with importance. Learn to make the calls only you can make, at pace, without the second guessing that quietly costs you weeks every quarter.
Say the thing you keep avoiding
The conversation you have put off for a month happens this week, lands properly, and the relationship survives it. Leaders tell us this one change altered everything.
Build people who outlast you
Stop solving and start developing. The real measure of your leadership is what keeps working after you leave the room, and that is built deliberately or not at all.
Lead at a pace you can sustain
Deliver hard without the hidden cost that surfaces six months later as resignations. Intensity is survivable. Unpredictability is what breaks people.

Team Development

For the people doing the work together.

For teams at every level. You do not need a title to take part.
Most development budgets go to the people at the top, and most of the work happens everywhere else. This programme is for the team itself. Each person discovers how they show up alongside others, what they reach for under pressure, and the one move their team needs most from them. Then the team works on it together, which is the part that actually changes how Monday feels.

How the programme runs
First
Each person reads themselves
Every team member takes the Team Member Assessment. They learn what they reach for when the room has already moved, and the one contribution their team needs most from them specifically.
Individual profiles
Then
The team sees itself
We show the team its own distribution. Where you are concentrated, what nobody is covering, and why the same person always ends up carrying the same thing. This session is usually the one people remember.
Team distribution
Finally
You change how you work
Practical work on the four things that break teams: trust, conflict, follow through, and speaking up. The team agrees what changes, out loud, in front of each other.
Commitments made
What changes
Get the truth into the room
The concern raised in the meeting instead of the corridor afterwards. Teams that speak early stop paying for problems late, and that difference compounds.
Close the gaps nobody owns
The work between two jobs stops being nobody's job. Most delivery fails at the seams, not in the middle, and this is where you seal them.
Disagree without damage
Argue about the problem instead of each other. Teams that can do this move faster and recover quicker than teams that stay polite and stay stuck.
Make commitments mean something
People renegotiate early instead of missing quietly. That single shift is what trust is actually built from, and teams feel it within weeks.

The best in every fieldhave a coach.

Athletes have them. Performers have them. Surgeons have them. The idea that a leader should work it out alone is not strength, it is the most expensive habit in business.

Executive Coaching

One to one, with Dr. Shirleena Celestine, PhD.

For individual leaders carrying something significant.
Private, ongoing coaching for leaders navigating a transition, a difficult team, a step up in scope, or the quiet realisation that what worked before is no longer working. Sessions are direct and practical. You bring the real situation, we work on it, and you leave with something to do. This is the most selective thing we offer, because it requires genuine time with Dr. Celestine.
A one to one coaching conversation
How coaching works
To begin
A conversation, not a pitch
We start by understanding what you are actually carrying. If coaching is not the right answer, we will say so and point you somewhere better. That happens more often than you might expect.
No obligation
Each session
Your real situation
You bring the actual meeting, the actual person, the actual decision. We work it through your archetype, and you leave with something specific to do before we speak again.
Direct and practical
Between sessions
You are not alone with it
Access to North and The University throughout, so the eleven at night questions have somewhere to go, and the work continues when we are not speaking.
Ongoing support
What changes
Find the real problem
Most leaders arrive with a symptom. Within the first sessions we find what is actually happening, and it is rarely what you walked in with.
Somewhere to be honest
Senior leadership is isolating. This is the one room where you do not have to perform certainty, and that changes what you are able to solve.
Borrow two decades of judgement
Former Apple Global Senior Executive, PhD researcher, 40+ countries. Applied directly to your situation, your team, your decision. Never a framework handed down.
Keep momentum when it is hard
Ongoing, not a course with an end date. So the change survives a bad quarter, a restructure, and the week everything goes wrong at once.

North
Always available
I have to tell a senior person their work has slipped. I have been avoiding it for a month.
That is very Connector of you, and the month is the real problem, not the conversation. Your instinct is to protect the relationship, so let us use that. Open with what you have observed, not what you have concluded, then ask what is going on before you say anything else.
What if they get defensive?
Likely, and survivable. Hold the message, acknowledge the feeling, offer to continue tomorrow. You are not retracting, you are giving the emotion room. Shall we script your opening sentence?
Around the clock
Leadership problems do not keep office hours. North answers whenever the situation arrives, at any hour, from anywhere.
Built on your archetype
North knows your primary, your secondary, and your watchouts. Every answer is shaped by how you actually lead.
Real situations, real answers
Bring the actual meeting, the actual person, the actual decision. North works the specifics and gives you something to say.
The same method, in your pocket
Trained on the framework used with governments and Fortune 500 leaders across 40+ countries.
It learns your patterns
The more you use North, the more it recognises the situations that recur for you, and the earlier it names them.
Private by design
The questions leaders most need to ask are the ones they cannot ask aloud. North is where those go.

Know why a projectwill fail, before it does.

Most projects do not fail on execution. They fail because nobody in the room was watching for the thing that team is structurally blind to. Four Operators will ship fast and miss the consequence. Three Visionaries will start beautifully and finish nothing.

The AI Project Tracker reads your project team through the Six Archetypes, names the capability you are missing, and tells you where this project is most likely to break. Before you commit the budget, not after.

Risk before it arrives
The tracker flags where a project is likely to break based on who is actually on it, not a generic risk register.
Your team's real composition
See the archetype distribution of the people assigned, and the capability nobody is covering.
Who to add, and why
Not just what is missing, but the specific archetype to bring in and what they will change.
Tracked over time
Watch the risk profile shift as the project moves and the team changes, rather than a one off assessment.
Before you commit budget
The cheapest moment to fix a project is before it starts. This is built for that moment.
Works with your org report
Built on the same assessment data as your organizational map, so it improves as more of your people are read.

Replace this with a real quote. Two or three sentences is enough. Specific beats effusive every time, and a named role carries far more weight than initials.

Questions

Before you enquire.

For workshops and team programmes, yes, and it is free. The session is built on your organization's actual distribution, so we need everyone assessed beforehand for it to be worth doing. For executive coaching it is strongly recommended but we can begin without it.

Most leadership training teaches everyone the same thing. We start from how each person actually leads, then build the specific capabilities that archetype most needs. A Visionary and an Operator do not have the same development gaps, and training them identically wastes both their time.

Yes. Our team has delivered across Europe, Africa, the Caribbean, and the United States, in more than 40 countries. Programmes run in person or live online depending on what suits your organization.

From teams of five to organizations of several thousand. Workshops scale, cohort programmes stay deliberately small, and coaching is one to one. Tell us your situation and we will recommend the format honestly, including when we are not the right fit.

Programmes are led by Dr. Shirleena Celestine, PhD, former Apple Global Senior Executive, and delivered with our team of expert practitioners. Executive coaching is delivered by Dr. Celestine personally, which is why availability is limited.

Tell us your timeline in the form below. Workshops can usually be scheduled within weeks. Cohort programmes run to a calendar, so we will tell you when the next intake opens.
